I spent 30 years in the oil business listening to how-my pipes are going to freeze and I have a newborn in the house, or you have to get over here right away (on July 4 th ) because some lady doesn’t want to brush her teeth with cold water. What does that even mean? I then spent 9 years working in maintenance at a retirement community where I pulled a random cardigan out of a toilet and replaced a window that a turkey flew thru—both instances the residents blamed me for. #1 I don’t even wear cardigans, and #2 I didn’t even know turkeys could fly. I finally moved on to my last position driving a bus for a senior center and have so many stories compiled with...
